Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Returning your sample

The Skin Kit includes a prepaid return label so you can post your sample back to our accredited lab at no extra cost, in the same box it arrived in.

 

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will include tracking details in your dispatch email.
